To guarantee the safety and biological stability of your invertebrates during transit, all live livestock orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This operational window completely eliminates the risk of your package getting stranded in a carrier distribution center or warehouse over a Sunday. Orders placed after Tuesday morning will automatically queue for fulfillment the following Monday.

We exclusively utilize rapid-transit shipping carriers to minimize time spent in transit. We offer three flat-rate tiers across the continental United States:

Heartland Aquatics LLC actively monitors nationwide weather patterns. If your local destination is experiencing extreme temperature drops or heat waves, we reserve the right to temporarily hold your shipment until a safe transit window opens. You will receive an immediate email notification and tracking update if a weather hold is placed on your order.
