Every order is backed by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If shrimp arrive dead, we'll send a replacement — no questions about the quality of our livestock. To make a claim: provide a video of the unopened bag showing the shrimp upon arrival. Note: we are not responsible for packages left in extreme heat before being brought inside. We also typically include 2–3 bonus shrimp per order as a buffer, so your count is covered even if one doesn't make the journey.
